Typo 2015 planner

While I already bought a small 2015 planner as early as December last year, I could not resist using the Typo diary that my sister got me a few days back. Its pages are also acid-free and more importantly has no cutesy graphics that I've come to detest in most that I've come across in recent memory.

I argued that what I got from Muji cost almost the same, but my sister had the last word when she claimed that it's 'made from buffalo so this planner should be unique.' I could also hint the veiled threat in her voice when she added that 'I can give this to someone else if you don't want it.'

The cover is not made from buffalo skin of course but I gave in because she sacrificed maybe one fastfood meal or two just to give her obnoxious brother something he did not request or beg for or expect last year. Because of this magnanimous gesture, ditching the Muji was a relatively easy decision.

Typo 2015 planner
It may come as a surprise for most of you but I have a very long love affair with planners. While there are now apps for everything else, I am an old stubborn, nostalgic, fat dinosaur when it comes to these matters. I still prefer writing down my daily goals on good 'ol paper. It has worked for me but I must admit that it may not make sense now especially to the younger generation who don't know what patintero is because they grew up playing all iterations of Plants vs Zombies in their mobile devices. While I already stopped making new year's resolutions a few years back, I still wish, hope and pray that this planner will serve its purpose well in 2015.
